But honestly, none of that would be possible without the incredible women who work alongside me every day. We’re a tight-knit crew, and we’re passionate about making the jewelry buying experience fun, easy, and accessible for all of you! We truly feel like we are a family.

First up, of course, there’s me, Nikki Smith: owner. I started this brand with a vision to create jewelry that everyone could enjoy, without breaking the bank. I’m passionate about design, quality, and building a community around our brand. I love connecting with you all, whether it's through social media, events, or just chatting in the neighborhood. Then we have Emmaline Carrick: wholesale and shipping. Emmaline is the magic behind getting our gorgeous pieces into your hands! She handles all things wholesale and ensures your orders are packed and shipped with love. She’s the queen of organization and always makes sure everything runs smoothly.

Next, we have the brilliant Reagan Bisel: Marketing + PR. Reagan is the creative force behind our social media, blog posts, and everything you see online. She’s always coming up with fresh ideas to keep you engaged and informed about our latest collections and events. She makes sure everyone knows about Nikki Smith Designs! Then there’s Jess Riemenschneider: growth + events. Jess is our powerhouse when it comes to growing our brand and planning amazing events. She’s always looking for new opportunities to connect with you all and create memorable experiences. She's the reason we have so many fun pop-ups around Dallas!

And last, but definitely not least, we have Eden Glos: Buyer + inventory and Rebekah Rosenthal: wholesale and fulfillment. Eden has the amazing job of curating our collections and ensuring we have the perfect pieces for every style and occasion. She has impeccable taste! Rebekah works closely with Emmaline, and together, they are a force to be reckoned with. Rebekah ensures our wholesale partners are happy and that all orders are fulfilled perfectly.
