For returns and exchanges, we offer:six month warranty on all jewelry pieces BESIDES sale and fine jewelry! - 30 days for any returns and exchanges (fine jewelry and sale items are excluded from returns and exchanges) -if you purchased an item in-store and would like to return or exchange, come in with your receipt within 30 days! -if you purchased an item in-store and are no longer in DFW, email us to start your return with your receipt: contact@nikkismithdesigns.com - If you opted for the $2.98 USD free returns option at checkout, there will be no charge for returning your order -If you did not opt for the $2.98 USD free returns option at checkout, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label still within 30 days! - We offer the option for online or in-store credit with a 10% bonus of purchase if a customer chooses the Redo option (ex. Order total was $50, credit back of $55 with bonus)
