We ship all domestic and international orders via USPS. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days after shipment. International orders typically arrive within 7–30 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to USPS, Nikki Smith Designs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered. For added peace of mind, we offer Route Package Protection at checkout.

If your package is missing, please first contact USPS or your local mail carrier and confirm that the shipping address entered with your order is correct.
