All jewelry including: stainless steel and gold filled metals are considered waterproof and worry-free! Which means you can live in these pieces without any hassle!
Repair
Nikki Smith Designs takes pride in each of our handmade pieces. Our team members thoroughly check each piece before mailing to make sure that it meets our standards, and most importantly yours, but we understand that mistakes happen! If you come across any issues with your item we will repair your purchase at no cost, you will only cover the shipping to us. We will ship it back at no cost. Returns
Jewelry orders are custom made, therefore we offer returns only within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, it will result in store credit!
